Seamless and welded pipes (API & DNV standards)
We specialize in sourcing steel and carbon pipes, both seamless and welded, that meet various requirements for low or high temperatures, medium or high pressures, and corrosive environments. These pipes comply with acceptance criteria outlined in API 5L, API 5LC, DNVGL-ST-F101, ASME, and BS standards. To ensure the highest level of conformity to technical specifications, we collaborate with certified laboratories and licensed companies to conduct additional tests on our products.
Flanges
Our sourcing capabilities extend to flanges, including welding neck flanges (WN), long welding neck flanges (LWN), blind flanges, slip-on flanges, socket weld flanges, threaded flanges, and lap joint flanges. We have acquired substantial knowledge of flanges based on MSS-SP-75 and API classes, with materials ranging from carbon steel to duplex, super duplex, and overlaid Inconel 625.
Bends, forged items, and fittings (ISO15590 & MSS-SP-75)
We offer sourcing and procurement services for bends, forged items, and fittings, including elbows, tees, forged WYE, bulkheads, anchor flanges, concentric and eccentric reducers, weldolets, sweepolets, as well as bolts and nuts. Industrial Valves
We specialize in sourcing a comprehensive range of valves, including subsea ball valves, gate valves, actuated valves, rotary gate valves, and check valves. These valves are accompanied by a qualification plan and comply with API SPEC 6A, ISO 10423, and API SPEC 17D standards. They are manufactured using materials such as nickel alloys, duplex, super duplex, 6-molybdenum, stainless steel, and carbon steel. Soft-seated valves are also available.
Gaskets & Bolts (BSL-2 & BSL-3 standards)
We offer sourcing services for various types of bolts, nuts, and gaskets, including spiral, oval, and octagon-shaped gaskets made from a wide range of materials. Our bolting material requisitions adhere to at least BSL-2 and BSL-3 standards, and all bolts are sourced in accordance with API20E and API20F requirements.
